Description

• You’ll lead the design of multiple streams of work from core product flows, to brand assets, to next-generation AI tools • You’ll help define product strategy and set the vision for BoomPop’s user experience • You’ll partner with key stakeholders to define problem goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services • You’ll work closely with our world-class team of engineers, product managers, and operators to help our product come to life and scale • You will have the ability to influence the company’s product philosophy and vision • You’ll help guide product definition for a bleeding-edge consumer-facing product unlike any other in the industry. • Your work will get in the hands of our customers immediately • You’ll run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform the product direction • You’ll create something meaningful. Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience working as a product designer • 4+ years of startup experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent visual, interaction, and service design skills • Systems thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for both online and offline experiences • Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Strong market awareness and knowledge of cutting-edge approaches, trends, technologies, and ‘the culture’ of the best-in-class user-facing product companies.
