• About Us • Boostsecurity.io is a dynamic and fast-paced cybersecurity technology startup. • Our mission is to enable software development teams to easily ship secure software, and secure their software supply chains, through smart security automation that developers love. • Founded by veteran industry experts in application security, cloud and OSS engineering, • The senior solutions engineer @ boostsecurity is a critical role, whose primary focus is converting opportunity to success. • Your job is to first listen carefully and understand the prospects technical challenges and goals, then convey the key capabilities of the boostsecurity platform to accomplish their goals. • The senior solutions engineer is a critical role across all these phases. • Responsibilities • Technical Sales Demos: Prepare for and help sales team perform technical portion of sales demos to prospects. • Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of boostsecurity, helping customers secure their software factories. • Customer support: Our customers are sophisticated AppSec teams in large organizations. • Content Production & Thought Leadership: You will help produce content to help promote the product and the company. • Partner with the Product and Sales teams to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a DevSecOps / AppSec / ShiftLeft setting. • Ability to communicate technical information in highly technical and non-technical ways depending on the audience, which includes various personas, such as engineers to executives • Continuous learner who has a strong intellectual drive for excellence and the desire to develop solutions to complex problems • At least a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology • Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts • Ability to work effectively with cross functional engineering teams and business partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
