Description

• Participate in customer calls to identify technical needs and recommend solutions. • Increase adoption by presenting and showcasing dotCMS features. • Build customer POCs that address specific requirements. • Support post-sales activities and respond to technical clarifications. • Audit and review existing implementations to optimize customer value. • Lead front-end and headless discussions with customers. • Work cross-functionally with teams to improve customer health and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Engineering roles, with modern Front-end technologies such as NextJS, Vue, or Angular. • 1 to 3 years in Solutions Consultant roles, selling within SaaS, or related industry experience. • Demonstrated client-facing experience, working with POCs during post-sales processes. • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, integrations, and relevant programming languages. • Experience with JavaScript, Scripting, Docker, and CSS frameworks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field; equivalent experience considered. • Desirable: Experience with a Content Management Platform, cloud technologies, and Java.
