🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and company culture development. • Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top-tier practitioners and support staff. • Strong knowledge of California employment & labor laws (preferred/nice to have). • Experience managing shift scheduling and workforce planning. • Ability to conduct online research and talent sourcing to find and engage the best candidates. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong employee relationships. • Hands-on and adaptable—comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership. • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize in a dynamic setting. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field required. • Prior experiences in working in US California time zone.
