• Manage the entire legal process, from investigation through trial prep • Research applicable laws and develop legal strategies • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and claims representatives • Develop clear legal opinions, strategies, and draft legal documents
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation • Must be currently barred in New Jersey • Familiar with billable hours and able to capture time worked • Ability to handle caseload with little to no supervision
