📋 Description

• Join a dynamic and client-focused personal injury firm. • Seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in litigation. • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from consultation to trial. • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including commercial vehicles. • Conduct investigations, legal research, and discovery. • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents; represent clients in court. • Negotiate settlements; maintain strong client relationships. • Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus. • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing authorized to practice law within the state of Texas. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically representing plaintiffs. • In-depth knowledge and comprehension of state-specific laws, regulations, and legal practices related to personal injury. • Advanced research and analytical capabilities, including the adept interpretation and application of legal precedents, statutes, and regulations. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of efficiently drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. • Demonstrated success in case management and client advocacy, with a consistent record of securing favorable outcomes. • Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research, preparing detailed legal briefs, and offering cogent legal advice to clients. • Strong team player with the ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys. • Excellent organizational and meticulous attention to detail, equipped to handle numerous cases and meet tight deadlines concurrently. • Proven discretion and integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.
