β€’ At Boundless, we are revolutionizing the immigration experience for individuals and businesses alike. β€’ As a Contract Attorney on our Writing Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-quality, writing-intensive casework for clients navigating complex immigration pathways. β€’ Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts for recommendation letters, case strategy sheets, legal briefs, and evidence compilations. β€’ Ensure clarity, legal accuracy, and persuasive narrative flow in written deliverables. β€’ Draft or provide substantive feedback to enhance the quality of recommendation letters and case briefs, emphasizing achievements, metrics, and compliance with USCIS requirements. β€’ Assess evidence compilations for completeness, relevance, and alignment with case strategies. β€’ Verify forms for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with USCIS guidelines. β€’ Identify and communicate gaps or inconsistencies to ensure a streamlined filing process. β€’ Collaborate with writing team members to finalize recommendation letters, legal briefs, and case strategies. β€’ Provide clear and actionable feedback to ensure consistent quality and adherence to organizational standards. β€’ Partner with internal teams to refine processes and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. β€’ Adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring all deliverables meet USCIS regulations and organizational quality benchmarks. β€’ Stay updated on immigration law trends and integrate changes into your work as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. β€’ 2+ years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on writing-intensive case types (e.g., EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, or similar categories). β€’ Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing. β€’ Strong attention to detail, grammar, and logical structure in written communications. β€’ Passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. β€’ Ability to understand and communicate complex legal concepts in an accessible manner. β€’ Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team. β€’ Proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack. β€’ Comfortable adapting to new technologies and workflow management platforms.
