📋 Description
• Support the creative staff in the creation of print and digital projects • Assist art directors with layout design and revision, image search, and creation of comps • Present work to clients and describe how the creative/design rationale delivers on the brief • Contribute conceptual and tactical ideas on given assignments • Assist with oversight of photoshoots and illustrations as needed • Meet internal and external deadlines • Work with Project Management, Studio, and Art Buying to help keep jobs within specifications and meeting client expectations
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of art direction experience in a creative agency • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Visual Design, Communication Design, Creative Advertising, or related field • Portfolio of work to demonstrate conceptual thinking, skill, and competency • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Bonus points for a deeper stack of skills • Ability to understand and visualize scientific concepts and data • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
