📋 Description
• Fully remote position requiring residence in the contiguous United States • Lead creative direction and visual identity for Power to Decide • Oversee brand consistency across platforms • Design visual assets supporting strategic intentions • Collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of experience in graphic design and art direction • At least 5 years of experience in creative project leadership • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, video, print design, branding, and creative storytelling • Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals • Proven ability to lead creative projects independently and collaboratively • Understanding of ADA accessibility guidelines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent project management skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Canva Pro • Familiarity with Google Workspace and work management tools
