• Swiftly is a retail digital technology startup founded in 2018 and headquartered in the Bay Area. • We empower regional and independent grocers to compete in a digital-first world by providing best-in-class app, web, loyalty, and e-commerce solutions—without SaaS fees. • Our mission: Enable brick-and-mortar retailers to thrive in a digital world. • Position Summary: Swiftly is seeking a dynamic Art Director to lead and elevate our brand’s creative vision across all channels. • This role will oversee the development of compelling visual assets that ensure brand consistency, engage audiences, and drive business impact. • The Art Director will manage a team of designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee the execution of high-quality creative projects from concept to completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a fast-paced environment • Strong portfolio showcasing a sophisticated visual aesthetic and diverse range of design work with preferred experience in B2B tech space • Significant project management experience • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and delegate effectively • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow and other industry-standard design tools • Familiarity with designing for performance marketing, paid media campaigns, web assets, and email campaigns • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to stakeholders at all levels
