Description

• Lead the development and execution of the Boundless Education Scholarship Fund. • Oversee the program from inception to completion, including fundraising, program design, candidate selection, and ongoing management. • Develop strategies for donor engagement and retention. • Assemble a committee and a working group of experts. • Manage day-to-day operations of the scholarship program, including communication with applicants. • Develop methods to assess the impact of the scholarship fund.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in program management, with experience in scholarship programs, educational initiatives, or nonprofit management. • Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and securing partnerships. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the mission and impact of the scholarship fund to diverse audiences. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders. • A deep commitment to making education accessible and supporting students from diverse backgrounds. • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the challenges faced by students from underrepresented communities. • Ability to assess program impact and make data-driven decisions to improve the scholarship fund.
