• Bounteous x Accolite makes the future faster for ambitious brands across diverse sectors. • Seeking a Contract-to-Hire Program Director to lead cross-functional project teams. • Responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • Some travel may be required for client initiation and key delivery milestones.
Requirements
• 7+ years of project delivery experience with increased responsibility at a digital-first agency. • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. • In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies. • PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications a plus. • Experience delivering large-scale, complex digital projects (9+ months; $1MM+). • Experience managing and mentoring distributed, global teams. • Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms, and Google Analytics. • Experience in regulated environments like financial services or healthcare is a plus. • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools. • Strong communicator with leadership and project teams. • A keen attention to detail; strong conflict resolution skills.
