Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field • 5-10+ years of experience in UX and UI design • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and usability testing results • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro • Working knowledge and experience with design thinking and lean UX principles • Extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Deep familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards • Excellent communication skills • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
