• Collaborate with people to realize the vision and foster an inclusive community. • Connect the dots between people and business results using data analytics. • Drive consistency across HR, IT, and business regarding people data and analytics. • Build, implement, and maintain necessary infrastructure for leaders to answer key questions. • Champion data literacy and counsel team members to seek data-informed solutions. • Partner with People Leadership Team for data-driven workforce planning. • Develop and execute people analytics strategy linked to business and talent priorities. • Provide insights into key talent metrics and support HR workforce planning. • Design and analyze employee engagement surveys and maintain data integrity across systems. • Conduct advanced analytics and provide data-informed recommendations for organizational effectiveness. • Create reports and dashboards for actionable insights on key people metrics.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in people analytics or a related field, including experience deploying and analyzing employee engagement surveys. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics) or a related field with demonstrated quantitative skills and experience. • Graduate degree in a relevant area is a plus. • Experience using modern HRIS, People Analytics, and other enterprise productivity tools (we use Workday, Visier, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace). • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
