📋 Description
• The Global Trade and Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all international trade activities comply with global trade laws, regulations, and policies. • This individual will manage and oversee international trade operations, customs compliance, import/export activities, and monitor the enforcement of applicable regulations to mitigate the risk of non-compliance. • This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, external government agencies, legal teams, and other compliance professionals to maintain seamless and compliant global operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or customs-related roles. • In-depth knowledge of global trade laws and regulations, including customs, export controls, sanctions, and tariffs. • Experience working with government agencies (e.g., Customs and Border Protection, OFAC) and other regulatory bodies.
