• Supports administration of provider compensation plan(s) and total rewards. • Serves as HR contact for compensation and benefit-related questions. • Assists with periodic audits of compensation and wage-related data. • Collaborates with Provider Recruiting to support hiring and retention efforts. • Tracks and analyzes provider compensation data, conducting audits for compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or health care administration. • Two (2) years of experience in human resources, compensation, or employee benefits, preferably in healthcare. • Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced experience using Excel. • Preferred SHRM or HRCI Professional Certification. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification from World at Work.
