📋 Description
• Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties and land parcels. • Work closely with stakeholders to negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions. • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and land parcels. • Evaluate properties and land parcels based on various factors. • Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts with property owners. • Coordinate due diligence activities, including inspections and assessments. • Liaise with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations. • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals. • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding acquisitions. • Manage the acquisition process from initial inquiry to closing. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or related field. • Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or related field. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices. • Ability to analyze market data and financial information to assess property value and investment potential. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Professional certifications, such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), a plus.
