📋 Description
• You will report on customer engagement, sales strategies, and operational insights to optimize business operations. • Working with Demand Planning Team to provide field insights and CSAM triage management for our premium customers. • In this role you will work with multiple teams to create and develop reports and analytics. • In this role you will Interface with the Sales Team, noting incoming demand, helping to manage customer escalations as it relates to capacity.
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 Years of experience with Data Analysis, CRM Data, Sales Pipeline, Motion Cycle and Azure. prior or relevant work experience. • Bachelor's Degree • CSAM triage management experience. • Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective. • Presenting a capacity summary on the region and the "hot" issues within certain regions in the field.
