🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of work experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement, or equivalent experience. • Understanding of sales & go-to-market, partner ecosystem & cloud marketplaces strategy. • Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning, or Business Strategy in the technology industry. • Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and data-driven decisions. • Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions. • Strong prioritization and strategic alignment skills in a matrixed organization. • Passionate, results-driven, and organized approach with attention to detail. • Ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments with excellent listening and partnering skills. • Storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners and stakeholders.
