📋 Description

• Define and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies by working closely with project managers and key stakeholders. • Manage Jira workflows and run daily scrums to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery. • Track, prioritize, and manage critical Bugs & Features (JIRA Stories), keeping stakeholders informed about their status, potential impacts, and resolution timelines. • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure that milestones are being met. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day update on project status and changes. • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role managing large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Should have any of the below or similar certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) for entry-level candidates Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) for Agile project management • Should have comprehensive JIRA (Atlassian) management & automation experience • Should have strong attention to deadlines and has the ability to work with a wide range of individuals • Must have in-depth understanding of prevailing project management methodologies including familiarity with tools (e.g. JIRA) and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.
