📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end process of integrating new and existing blockchains into Axelar Network. • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external teams to ensure smooth integrations and proper alignment. • Oversee the execution of blockchain integrations from start to finish, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources. • Work with product and business development teams to identify key blockchain integrations that align with Axelar’s business goals and roadmap. • Drive technical discussions with teams to understand their protocols and identify integration challenges and opportunities. • Monitor the performance and security of integrated chains, addressing any issues that arise post-integration. • Document technical integration plans, processes, and updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the integration lifecycle. • Continuously evaluate and improve the integration processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and high-quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems. • Comfort with blockchain development, decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, and understanding how to work with multiple blockchains to enable interoperability. • Experience with blockchain integrations or working with Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions is a plus. • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet the required technical standards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to identify, assess, and troubleshoot integration challenges, leveraging internal and external resources to resolve issues.
