📋 Description

• Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. • The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and a keen understanding of how to leverage competitive intelligence to fuel growth and innovation. • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives focused on competitive positioning and market differentiation. • Collaborate with leadership to shape the long-term strategy of the Sales Enablement function, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Establish and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence framework, analyzing competitor products, solutions, and market positioning. • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain competitive battle cards, playbooks, and other enablement materials to help Sales teams articulate our unique value proposition. • Produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, competitive developments, and program outcomes to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Technical Strategy roles within the cybersecurity or data security sector. • Solid understanding of data security principles, including encryption, data governance, cloud security, and compliance frameworks. • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations and actionable plans. • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to launch. • Excellent organizational skills, with experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. • Familiarity with competitive analysis frameworks, market research methodologies, and data analytics tools. • Ability to distill large amounts of data into concise, insight-driven recommendations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving alignment across diverse teams. • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strategic thinker who can lead executive-level discussions on market positioning and competitive threats.
