• Experience implementing, optimizing and maintaining Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) • Experience with Paylocity and ADP Workforce Now, and possibly BambooHR or Ceridian • Experience processing payroll • Involvement in a PEO transition effort • Strong communication skills • Ability to translate technical knowledge to different audiences • Strategic thinking and proactive problem solving skills
