• Du koordinierst unsere laufenden Projekte und Teams und unterstützt uns dabei, dass alle Ziele zeit- und qualitätsgerecht erreicht werden. • Du entwickelst effiziente Systeme und Prozesse Hand-in-Hand mit den einzelnen Abteilungen (operativ). • Getroffene Entscheidungen und deren Fortschritt verfolgst du konsequent nach. • Du fungierst als rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung und verbesserst mit ihr die internen Abläufe. • Du begleitest den Recruiting-Prozess und bist aktiv an der Auswahl neuer Talente beteiligt. • Du organisierst Termine und Besprechungen, bereitest sie vor und sorgst dafür, dass die Ergebnisse höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügen. • Du arbeitest souverän mit digitalen Tools (z. B. ClickUp, ChatGpt) und behältst stets ein Auge für Innovationen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, Projektmanagement oder E-Commerce (gerne auch aus der Start-up-Szene oder einem dynamischen Umfeld). • Du kennst die typischen Wachstumsschmerzen eines Unternehmens /Start-up und weißt genau, wie du ihnen mit den passenden Lösungen und Tools begegnest. • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und koordinierst mit Freude verschiedene Projekte. • Du arbeitest souverän mit digitalen Tools (z. B. ClickUp, ChatGPT) und hast stets ein Auge für Innovationen. • Du bleibst auch in stressigen Phasen strukturiert, setzt klare Prioritäten und behältst den Überblick. • Du gehst eigeninitiativ und lösungsorientiert vor und hast Spaß daran, Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten.
