Description

• Support in the centralization and program management of our strategic partnerships by engaging with key stakeholders, tracking progress and conducting research to support business development efforts • Work collaboratively across multiple functions to unify growth teams and drive alignment towards strategic objectives • Provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives, including technology implementations and organizational transformations • Lead, organize, and manage executive-level special projects to explore and implement changes across the organization • Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget • Track KPIs to support the evaluation of BrandActive’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures • Provide general analytical support for operational and strategic decisions, leveraging data-driven insights • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities • Facilitate the synthesis of cross-functional research and analysis to develop business cases and incubate new opportunities • Operate as an embedded strategic management consultant and resource, offering expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders • Create leadership strategy decks to communicate key insights and recommendations • Team member development • Take accountability for own development, creating and updating development plan as required, remaining open to feedback and communicating with people leader around aspirations • Look for opportunities to contribute to their own growth • Contribute to the growth and development of colleagues by providing meaningful and relevant feedback • Interact in an inclusive and supportive manner with colleagues at all times • Contribute to internal initiatives that impact the client and/or team member experience • Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities • Establish and support an inclusive work environment where team members feel a sense of belonging by demonstrating inclusive values and behaviours • Contribute to BrandActive’s core values of trust, agility, and growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles • Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to pivot, learn and switch directions easily in response to changing business needs • Prior experience working with sales teams or sales enablement is preferred • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and fill gaps in processes, systems, or strategies • Proven experience managing projects and contributing to business results • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the proven ability to manage projects • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
