• The Normal Brand has gained a reputation for providing durable, long-lasting, comfortable products. • Seeking an experienced Wholesale Operations Manager to optimize merchandise flow. • Role oversees the cost, performance, and timeliness of Wholesale shipments. • Direct communication and education on shipping specifications across teams. • Generate and analyze Wholesale data reports for accurate data company-wide.

Requirements

• Experience with 3PL fulfillment processes • Skilled in using spreadsheet apps: Excel & Google Sheets • Experience in managing multiple projects at once with changing priorities • Strategic thinker who can thrive in an ambiguous, evolving environment • Enjoy collaborating with team members and outside vendors to achieve common goals • You’re a self-starter: You’re the kind of person who is on it before being asked • You streamline efficiency: You have a passion for automation and improving efficiency whenever there’s an opportunity • You’re data obsessed: You tackle complex problems with data that produces measured solutions
