Description

• This position provides a career growth opportunity for existing Ops/Admin personnel who have a proven history in their current position of providing superior support to their department/division, the customers and the warfighter. • Works directly with Department Senior Vice President (SVP) / Vice President (VP) and is trusted to support higher level functions and tasks. • Possess full knowledge of and function in the role as an SME for all department contracts (SME) including ceilings and funded amounts, Periods of Performance, Deliverables, Security Requirements as defined in the DD254, LCAT requirements and process for adding new individuals to a contract, Travel requirements, Prime POCs for each, due dates, Templates and specific field population, Contract and Task Order numbers as applicable including Prime IDIQ or MAC Contracts, Sub Contracts, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, MODs, and any other relevant information pertaining to specific contracts. • Ensure compliance will all requirements. Manage and maintain the Department Financial Status Report (FSR) by ensuring funding is up to date, MODs are recorded and end of month updates are entered for labor and travel. • Monitor available and expended funding and update projected LOE for each month remaining in the POP to maintain a steady burn rate. • Ensure the Personnel Tracker is kept up to date as changes occur.

Requirements

• Must be currently employed by 2 Circle within the corporate Ops department as an O/A with a Department or Division for 2 years (or demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and accomplishments achieved during a shorter time period). • Promotion must be solicited/recommended by OPCON SVP and supported by ADCON VP. • Must have shown willingness and ability to “do whatever it takes” to ensure critical and emergent tasks are completed and employee issues are resolved in a timely manner. • 1-3 years as Ops/Admin Support. • Must have ability to identify areas that need improvement and develop and implement solutions. • Must be willing to respond to time-sensitive calls and emails during non-working hours. • Must be interested in providing value to their department and 2 Circle through initiative to participate in Tiger Teams or assist Corporate Leadership with additional tasking. • Must have current Secret Clearance.
