Operations Enablement Manager

Description
• Partner with the Union Payroll, Payroll Operations and Tax Ops team to understand workflows • Create and maintain internal process documentation for Payroll and Tax Operations teams • Drive adoption and continual optimization of processes • Partner with Product Marketing and other Enablement team members for operational readiness • Lead key initiatives that support operational excellence • Partner with team leaders for onboarding of new team members • Provide feedback on system enhancements and product features
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills including time management, goal setting, and attention to detail • Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity—we are building something new • Eagerness to learn and grow
