Description
• Latinos for Education is seeking a diligent and efficient Manager, Development Operations to bolster our development efforts. • Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Manager, Development Operations will play a critical role in ensuring that our development systems are robust, accurate, and fully implemented. • Responsibilities include managing development tracking in Salesforce, ensuring proper tracking across all development portfolios, generating development reports, supporting prospect research, and coordinating data gathering for proposals and reports.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in development operations for a mission-driven organization. • Proficient in CRM management; Salesforce CRM preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage development data, create reports, and optimize system functionality to support fundraising efforts. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution. • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external meetings, with attention to detail and follow-through on action items. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements in development operations. • Commitment to the mission and values of Latinos for Education
