Description

• Manage the marketing operations budget, forecasting, and allocation of resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend. • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within marketing databases, working with relevant teams to maintain compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Oversee the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools), ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives. • Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and growth of the marketing contact database, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and proper usage across campaigns. • Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure our tech stack is fully integrated and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing processes and how technology supports these processes. • Experience with Marketing tech stack solutions and integrations, including: Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, etc • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing systems and processes. • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum efficiency. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and ROI • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing marketing technology solutions. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. • Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors. • Passion for technology and innovation in the marketing space.
