Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support role in an advertising, marketing, CRM, technology or professional services environment. • Proven experience in building effective outreach and sales processes, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills. • HubSpot experience preferred. • Results-oriented with high energy, takes accountability for their work. • Great organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. • Demonstrated project management expertise, adept at efficiently handling deliverables and maintaining organized timelines. • Highly flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced demanding work environment. • Excellent communications (verbal and written), presentation skills and ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders. • Data-driven; analytics and reporting expertise. • Deep knowledge of the buyer’s journey. • Collaborative approach. • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training. • Experience with content management and learning management systems. • Able to build internal relationships with sales, delivery and marketing. • Alignment with BrandActive’s guiding principles of Trust, Agility and Growth.
