Description

• Working remotely, the Client Manager will play a central role in the growth of both TAG Media’s agency business. • Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the Client Manager will work closely with the Client Services division. • The role will involve occasional travel to relevant iGaming industry events and team/client/ partner meetings in the UK and mainland Europe. • The role will require/allow for flexible working hours with allocated clients residing around the world.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Affiliate/Account Management within global enterprises with a thorough understanding of the iGaming industry • Experience in working closely with C-Level Executives & business owners, with a broad knowledge of all technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects of affiliate marketing in the iGaming space • Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends, technical performance marketing insights • Creative problem solver ability to manage stressful situations whilst juggling multiple challenges. • First class & demonstrable organizational skills • A proven track record in creating customer success • Fluent in English you may be require to support other markets, so a second language would be an added advantage. • Agency Experience or experience managing clients is ideal
