📋 Description
• Du suchst einen Job mit direktem Kundenkontakt und technischem Tiefgang? • Komplexe Aufgabenstellungen schrecken Dich nicht ab? • Betreuung von Kunden und Partnern bei der Inbetriebnahme der brickfox Software. • Beratung unserer Kunden in allen Fragen zum brickfox Unified Commerce Hub. • Onboarding von (neuen) Kunden auf Marktplätzen wie Amazon, Otto, Zalando und vielen weiteren. • Technische und beratende Unterstützung unserer Nutzer bei der Implementierung von Online-Marketing-Performance- sowie Re-Pricing Strategien. • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung ganzheitlicher Projekte im E-Commerce über alle Produktmodule hinweg in crossfunktionalen Teams. • Regelmäßige Optimierung und Ausbau der Kundenprojekte in Bezug auf Performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Nachweisliche Kompetenz im Onlinemarketing und eCommerce • Abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Studium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung • Erfahrung im Management von Projekten in crossfunktionalen Teams • Hohe interne Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Leistungsbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kreativität und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch • Offene sympathische Art, Herzblut, Verbindlichkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl (wünschenswert) • Erste E-Commerce Erfahrungen, vorzugsweise mit Online-Marktplätzen wie Amazon, eBay, Otto (wünschenswert) • Erste Erfahrung mit Shopsystemen wie Shopware, Oxid, Shopify oder Magento (wünschenswert) • CSV- / XML-Handling (wünschenswert)
