• Bridgit is a female-founded, Canadian success story. Mallorie Brodie and Lauren Lake lead a SaaS company that has completely disrupted a traditionally male-dominated industry. • The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. The industry is at an inflection point where they must reimagine talent and modernize their people strategy. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. • As a Product Manager at Bridgit, you will own a product stream and work closely with design and engineering to conceive, plan and execute on your roadmap. You will lead initiatives that shape the future of our flagship product, Bridgit Bench, to deliver impactful features and improvements to our customers. • Own the product roadmap for your stream, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends. • Define clear, detailed product requirements and break them down into stories and releasable pieces. • Work closely with design and engineering to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product releases. • Conduct ongoing customer research and stay informed about competitor and market trends to deeply understand user pain points, needs, and opportunities. • Translate these insights into actionable product features that enhance user experience and drive business growth. • Make data-informed decisions to optimize the user experience, validate hypotheses, and inform product development. Leverage data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of product features. • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or risks that may impact project delivery or timelines. • Be an expert on Bridgit Bench and develop a deep understanding of the data and workflows present in the system.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a web based SaaS product, working on an agile team • You take a data driven approach when defining solutions, confidently digging into data to better understand a problem • You’re confident and capable of doing your own analysis when given access to analytics tools and raw data • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate with different audiences (developers, stakeholders, customers, etc) • You know how to break down and define complex problems without losing sight of the big picture • You’re not intimidated by technical conversations • You are a team player; you know how to check your ego at the door and focus on what’s best for our team, company, and customers • You thrive in a fast paced, collaborative work environment • Bonus if you have experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or with HR and workforce planning products
• Competitive salary and equity options • Perks and benefits including unlimited vacation, 4-hour Fridays

Discover 100,000+ Remote Jobs!
We use powerful scraping tech to scan the internet for thousands of remote jobs daily. It operates 24/7 and costs us to operate, so we charge for access to keep the site running.
Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalties. Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Other job boards only have jobs from companies that pay to post. This means that you miss out on jobs from companies that don't want to pay. On the other hand, Remote Rocketship scrapes the internet for jobs and doesn't accept payments from companies. This means we have thousands more jobs!
New jobs are constantly being posted. We check each company website every day to ensure we have the most up-to-date job listings.
Yes! We’re always looking to expand our listings and appreciate any suggestions from our community. Just send an email to Lior@remoterocketship.com. I read every request.
Remote Rocketship is a solo project by me, Lior Neu-ner. I built this website for my wife when she was looking for a job! She was having a hard time finding remote jobs, so I decided to build her a tool that would search the internet for her.
