• Responsible for creation of all ready-to-go content and messaging templates. • Includes blog posts, social media posts, product pages, persona pages, email templates, text message templates, and more. • Work closely with the product and marketing teams. • Create and schedule new blog posts for client websites. • Create and schedule social media posts for distribution to clients’ profiles. • Review and publish blog posts and social media posts from program partners. • Create new ready-to-go product and persona page content. • Create new email and text message templates for clients. • Coordinate content approvals from stakeholders. • Work closely with marketing managers to plan and maintain content calendar.
• 3+ years in a content creation role. • Excellent written, editing, and grammar skills. • Excellent verbal and presentation skills. • Proven track record of leading multiple content creation projects simultaneously. • Experience with administration of content creation and distribution systems. • An analytical and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning and improvement. • Strong understanding of content best practices for SEO, social media, and PPC. • Experience analyzing content engagement and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Superior proofreading skills and attention to detail. • Recent experience with macOS, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, WordPress, SOCi, and Google Workspace is a bonus. • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including websites, local SEO, Google Ads, social media, and Google is a bonus. • Graphic design experience is a bonus.
