📋 Description

• BrightFire is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing. • The Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing BrightFire's overall marketing strategy. • Analyzing performance data and optimizing content and graphics. • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms. • Ensure content aligns with BrightFire's brand voice, marketing goals, and business objectives. • Work closely with leadership and the Strategic Partnerships department to maintain marketing calendar and project timelines. • Prepare and present webinars to customers and prospects. • Draft, review, coordinate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. • Oversee and participate in the creation and distribution of engaging digital content and graphics. • Implement and manage SEO strategies. • Manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Collaborate with Content Coordinators to create digital marketing content for clients. • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and present recommendations for updates to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of managing a digital marketing team. • 5+ years of digital marketing experience. • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. • Marketing agency experience is very helpful. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent written, editing, and grammar skills. • Proficient graphic design skills. • Excellent verbal and presentation skills. • Superior proofreading skills and attention to detail. • Ability to lead multiple and often opposing priorities, make critical decisions, and deliver results consistently. • Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. • Helpful - experience with the software we use, including macOS, HubSpot, Aha, Zoom, Slack, WordPress, Birdeye, Canva, Pixelmator Pro, and Google Workspace.
