📋 Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote RCM services. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. • Oversee content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy. • Develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition. • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Manage relationships with industry influencers, partners, and healthcare organizations. • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI. • Plan and execute participation in healthcare conferences, webinars, and networking events.
🎯 Requirements
• English fluency at C1 or C2 level. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in RCM or healthcare technology. • Strong understanding of RCM processes, medical billing, and healthcare financial management. • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
