Description

• The Associate Project Manager (APM) will work in tandem with the EEDPM team • APMs participate during all phases of the project management process • Schedule and conduct internal and client facing project meetings • Communicate assignments and expectations to project team members • Track completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products • Manage projects of 1-3 months in duration • Maintain and monitor project plans and project resources • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings • Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings • Navigate project changes effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, operations, or related field preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree • 1-3 years of project management experience • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours in support of UK, International & US based projects • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Limited travel may be required • Exposure to delivery and management of projects • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures • Working towards PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent beneficial • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced environment across other functions • Ability to remain organized at all times and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including team members, other internal departments and external parties
