Description
• Consults with the team on recommended practices and policies for how to best implement eligibility files. • Provides technical expertise to assist with testing and rollout support of eligibility solutions for client implementations. • Works closely with Application Consultants to troubleshoot and resolve eligibility file-related issues. • Understands and tracks individual performance metrics to stay on target for eligibility file service level agreements. • Adheres to the delivery of best practices and standards to support successful outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required. • External/internal implementation project background preferred. • A minimum of 1-3 years related work experience.
