β’ Bachelor's Degree is required β’ Master of Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Marketing is preferred β’ 8+ years of Marketing analytics experience in a large corporation or agency/consulting role β’ Demonstrated success driving business impact through analysis in a corporate environment β’ Demonstrated success in managing complex reporting and data structures β’ Advanced skills in Excel β’ Deep expertise with SQL β’ Deep expertise with BI tools and data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) β’ Knowledge of statistics, data science, and/or modeling techniques (Python, R, or similar) β’ Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Advertising Performance, and Marketing Automation, Salesforce CRM, CDP, or A/B testing of digital channels
