🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or related fields • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams • Extensive experience managing email, SMS, and push notification campaigns • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable, and familiarity with Stripo and Tray.io • Previous coding experience (HTML, JavaScript, or similar) highly desirable • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making • Expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies • Experience working closely with data engineers to drive insights and optimize performance • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail • Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
