• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Lantern’s ABX programs, ensuring alignment with broader commercial, demand generation and marketing strategies. • Develop tailored account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers across the healthcare and benefits ecosystem. • Use data-driven insights to segment and prioritize target accounts, customizing outreach and messaging for maximum engagement. • Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive alignment and achieve revenue goals. • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify target accounts and track progress through the sales pipeline. • Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure seamless integration of ABX campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. • Present strategies, results, and insights to C-suite and senior leadership with clarity and confidence. • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing and design to tailor assets to each target and phase of the customer journey. • Implement an ABX tool in partnership with marketing and sales operations and run the day-to-day management.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading ABM/ABX programs at a high-growth B2B company, preferably within the benefits ecosystem. • Proven ability to design and execute ABX strategies for the Fortune 500. • Deep understanding of account segmentation, messaging personalization, and multi-channel engagement. • Baseline knowledge of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, events, and SDR integration. • Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
