• Lead customer-facing marketing programs for driving platform adoption and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with sales, account management, partner, and customer success teams. • Develop campaigns for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers. • Create customer education programs like webinars and success stories. • Track success of marketing programs through metrics such as NPS and adoption rates.
