• Develop the Marketing strategy, tests and capabilities needed to drive outsized revenue growth within our core funnel. • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned to revenue goals, owning full funnel performance and all associated metrics from MQL to deal in partnership with our Finance and Sales teams. • Build the operating model, data and measurement strategy (alongside Marketing Operations) to grow and optimize our funnel effectively. • Infuse industry best practices, breakthrough channels, and bold innovation to position Toast as a leader in revenue marketing—driving impact through creativity, strategy, and growth. • Drive a best-in-class approach to multi-channel demand generation, incorporating paid media, inbound marketing, community, partner, field and more to reach and convert target audiences. • Develop an experimentation roadmap to test emerging growth channels, innovative marketing tactics, and new strategies. Implement successful experiments at scale to enhance lead generation and revenue growth. • Partner cross functionally to drive coordinated revenue programs, especially with Sales/SDRs, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing. • Advise and partner with the Brand Marketing team on media programs targeting awareness and consideration; leveraging digital, in market and streaming media tactics. • Lead and grow professionally a group of highly motivated revenue marketing professionals, helping them drive greater impact on Toast, creating a world class culture, and achieving their career aspirations. • Contribute to Toast-wide revenue strategy, across all channels, lifecycles and segments.
• High degree of curiosity and passion for revenue marketing trends, bonus if within inbound (SEO, Digital, Web) and paid media. • Strong executive presence and track record of building high performing teams. • Track record of building programs that drive differentiation and innovation within go-to-market strategy. • Expertise in owning and hitting a number with strong results. • Hunger for data and measurement. • Ability to motivate cross functional teams towards a common revenue goal. • Thrive in ambiguity and ability to navigate standing up new programs and channels. • Expertise across the following areas preferred: digital/inbound marketing (especially the future of SEO, traffic), paid (from brand to MOFU) and technology to drive revenue growth. • MBA preferred, but not required
