β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. β’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related roles. β’ Proven track record of driving growth and maximizing customer lifetime value. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β’ Experience with Braze. β’ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. β’ Previous experience in Consumer Lending and/or in the financial technology (FinTech) industry.
