Description

• The Marketing Cloud Product Director is a technical leader who keeps Sercante on the forefront of Marketing Cloud product updates, changes, and enhancements - for Marketing Cloud Engagement & Personalization products. • They position Sercante as a thought leader and ensure that we keep our technical edge in a market that’s constantly changing. • They keep a pulse on our client needs and how Marketing Cloud fits into their overall tech stack. • And they create tools so our team can efficiently and consistently deliver amazing work. • The Marketing Cloud Product Director will share best practices across the entire team and support a specific subset of clients and team members with solutioning. • They are responsible for developing best practice processes to streamline client engagements, assessing team member knowledge/capabilities, and developing strategies to level up our technical prowess with Pardot. • The Marketing Cloud Product Director is responsible for the growth of the product practice - they support pipeline generation, presales processes and monitor the health of pipeline and revenue, working closely with our Sales and Delivery leadership to create a GTM strategy to support pipeline generation. • Maintaining a pulse on Marketing Cloud related asks/themes from clients, how they are changing, and what content needs to be created to meet their needs on an ongoing basis • Assisting in testing new and existing features, functionality, and solutions • Creating templates and processes to support project delivery in the Marketing Cloud space • Training internal teams and clients on new features and innovative solutions • Building tools to assess team member knowledge/skills and help establish baseline requirements for different roles on the Sercante team • Monitoring pipeline health & creating annual & quarterly GTM plans to support Sales team pipeline generation • Partnering with Sales when appropriate to scope Marketing Cloud projects • Partnering with Delivery Teams in thinking through upsell opportunities by client • Supporting the Delivery Team as a technical resource on calls with clients and as someone they can turn to for help brainstorming/solving client issues • Defining processes and solutions to create efficiencies in how projects are delivered • Providing direct service to clients with more complex technical challenges or a high profile within the ecosystem • Assisting Sercante Labs with solutioning and developing new processes that can be offered to our clients or made into new Sercante branded tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing solutions and implementing projects within the Marketing Cloud space • Experience in Professional Services or Client Services • Possess all relevant Salesforce Certifications • Have deep experience translating technical concepts into creative and technically workable solutions • Enjoy working in a technical environment and want to be part of a fast growing team • Work independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately and prioritize effectively and help other team members do the same • Bring strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills
