β€’ The Director of Route to Market is a pivotal leadership role within our Trade Marketing Team. β€’ Responsible for creating, deploying, and educating the sales execution guide for each marketing campaign period. β€’ Involves driving the execution and success of marketing campaigns and retail programs, managing internal and external sales incentives, overseeing display execution and feedback, coordinating various out-of-home (OOH) efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to develop joint marketing plans. β€’ Develop success metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and work with the analytics team to gather market feedback. β€’ Direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding the performance of team members within the assigned department. β€’ Develop comprehensive sales execution guides for each marketing campaign period, providing sales teams with clear instructions and strategies. β€’ Deploy and evaluate market tools such as POS, Sell Sheets, Displays to the sales team and ensure understanding through effective education and training sessions. β€’ Work with consumer/shopper insights to create impactful selling tools. β€’ Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels by collaborating with the marketing team. β€’ Develop and manage internal and external sales incentives to motivate sales teams and drive performance. β€’ Monitor incentive programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. β€’ Coordinate OOH advertising efforts to maximize brand visibility. β€’ Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes. β€’ Identify opportunities for synergy between marketing and sales initiatives. β€’ Work with the analytics team to create market surveys and gather feedback. β€’ Utilize survey data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred. β€’ 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or related field sales. β€’ Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. β€’ Experience managing internal and external sales incentives programs. β€’ Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating OOH advertising efforts. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
