• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, marketing, sciences, or another field. • 10+ years of medical device industry experience in product marketing, strategy, sales, and/or product management; experience leading both upstream and downstream marketing is preferred. • Proven success marketing physician preference items (PPIs) • Planning and analytical skills, along with experience integrating a strategic vision into an operational model with the ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from data • Product launch experience • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify risks, provide market insights, and draw valid conclusions from findings using available data
