Description

• Lead strategy and implementation for marketing of the Clinical Solutions group • Conceptualize and amplify branding initiatives to raise awareness and promote CRO services • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for distinct audiences • Create annual marketing roadmap to operationalize and deliver campaigns • Collaborate on brand positioning and messaging based on market trends • Assist CMO in managing social media presence and outside vendors • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, scientific or healthcare discipline • Minimum of 20 years of experience in a strong marketing role • 10 years or more in CRO/Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry • 12 years as a functional manager • Experience in life sciences and as a marketing leader in a CRO is highly preferred • Experience in managing and motivating teams
