Description

• Responsible for the marketing leadership and oversight of Mr. Cooper’s purchase originations initiatives. • Reports to the SVP of Marketing for the organization. • Combines strategic vision and tactical expertise to identify product opportunities and design innovative programs. • Accountable for creating and executing major marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion across purchase initiatives. • Manages, inspires, and grows a high-performance team and manages a multi-million-dollar budget. • Outstanding oral/written communication, with proven abilities in strategy, writing, reading and editing.

Requirements

• BA/BS with an emphasis in Business or Marketing preferred, MBA a plus. • 10+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, executing high impact consumer-focused strategies. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience driving marketing/sales leads and/or ecommerce revenue within the mortgage originations industry. • Awareness of industry competitors and impact of both on business. • Deep knowledge of risk, legal, and compliance practices within the mortgage business. • Proven track record of deploying successful marketing product strategies and tactics that yielded significant traffic/revenue.
